Using the site
- I can't find what I'm looking for!
- There's a search field at the top of every page, or you can click the "Advanced Search" link at the bottom of the page which will allow you to do a more advanced/specific search. If you still can't find what you want or we don't have it and you think we should, please contact us to let us know.
My Account
- How do I create an account?
- Click the "My Account" or "Log In" links at the top of the page. Then click the "Create an account" button.
- How do I change my account details/password?
- Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page. If you're not logged in already, do so. Select "Account Information" in the left-hand menu. Check the "Change Password" box and fill out the fields that appear. Then click "Save".
- I've forgotten my password!
- Click the "My Account" or "Log In" links at the top of the page. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link and enter your e-mail in the field provided, then click "Submit". Follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive.
- How private are my account details/order info/etc?

- I have something on back-order. When will it be available?

- How do I change an order I've already made?

- My order was missing items/parts of my items.
- Contact us with your order details (including the order number) and details of what exactly was missing and we'll get back to you with further information.
- My order hasn't arrived!
- Contact us with your order details (including the order number) and we'll get back to you with further information. Estimated delivery time is specified in the item description. For Pleaser USA products this is usually 21-28 days.
- The item(s) I received was wrong.
- Contact us with your order details (including the order number) and details of what's wrong with the order and we'll get back to you with further information. Further information is available on our shipping and returns page.
- How do I go about returning items?

- I need a copy of my invoice/receipt.
