Shipping and Returns

Delivery terms

  • All shipping rates are determined by item weight
  • All items are sent with appropriate insurance.
  • All items are sent via ParcelForce Worlwide and its associated services.
  • We reserve the right to inform you of revised carriage charges where applicable e.g. where you have ordered multiple items and total weight of your package exceeds 30kg or allowed package dimensions.
  • All Pleaser USA products are ordered from the supplier on receipt of order.
  • Typical turnaround for Pleaser USA products is 21-28 days.
  • Although we do our best to ensure stock levels shown on the site are accurate, there are occasions where an item may go out of stock before we are able to order from the supplier.
  • If your items is out of stock, Goth Store will notify you of the delay and back-order the product. Alternatively we are more than happy to refund your order in full.
  • We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
  • We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
  • Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us or any third party carrier company.

Returns Policy

  • To return goods for any reason please call (01455 289 666) or e-mail our customer services department who will advise you of how to return the item.
  • Unwanted goods: must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns where the item is deemed to have been used for any other purpose than fitting.
  • We regret that jewellery for piercings cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Unwanted goods: must be returned at the expense of the consumer by registered means.
  • Unwanted goods: the cost of carriage incurred by Goth Store for sending the goods to the consumer will be deducted from the refund.
  • Faulty goods: must be returned to Goth Store within 7 days by registered means.
  • Faulty goods: the cost of carriage will be refunded to the consumer. Goth Store will not refund for carriage that exceeds the original postage costs of the item.
  • Goth Store accept no responsibility for items "lost in transit", and therefore strongly recommend that all returns are sent by registered means.
  • Items sent in error: in the unlikely event that the item sent to you does not match the original item ordered, Goth Store will refund the item (including carriage to the consumer and carriage costs incurred by the consumer to return the item) in full on receipt of the returned item. Evidence of carriage costs incurred by the consumer should be sent by email or post to Goth Store customer services.

Faulty Goods

Faulty items must be reported to customer services within 7 days of receipt. If an item is deemed to be faulty it can be replaced under warranty and postage costs refunded, or the item refunded in full. Please contact customer services to notify them of the cost of return postage before returning your faulty item, as we will not be able to refund postage that exceeds the original postage cost of the item. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to appear in your account. Replacement items may need to be re-ordered from the supplier. We will notify you of estimated timescales for replacement items.

Refunds

All products (excluding jewellery for piercings) carry a 7 day no quibble money-back guarantee (excluding carriage). The goods must not have been modified or damaged in any way, and must be returned in its original packaging and condition. We have the right to refuse refunds for goods that do not meet the above criteria.
